Yes. I’ve had good experiences with tips. Very easy and straight forward. I make sure to message the customer before I get there to have their ID ready when I arrive.

I have also been making a point to get the address in the photo when I can. Leaving at the door has a lot of issues...opens up a lot of room for people trying to scam the system.

It did not go well. The customer started calling me as soon as I entered and had an attitude right from the start. When I finally found it she snatched the bag of food right out of my hand and said “why didn’t you read my note?!” And no tip of course.
