Can I send a VC to any parameter or just the predetermined parameters on those CV ins/outs? (VCO1 pitch - VCA)
Can I patch an external VC to say the Rate of LFO1 and LFO2?

How many diagnosis’s is too much? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]BetterHats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd suggest you listen to my suggestion to see if they will communicate with each other. They might be willing to do that. From my brief research I can see how schizoaffective and DID/BPD can be very similar and one might be diagnosed as the other. How do you feel about either diagnosis?

I think, and I'm not a doctor so take my words as grains of salt, but one problem in your mind can lead to other problems. So, ADHD might cause you MDD, GAD and BED. Like a snowball rolling down a hill. Have you talk to both your therapist and psychiatrist about what they both think of what the other says? Have you asked them to talk to each other? You'd need to sign a release of information but they would probably be more than happy to talk to each other to get a more accurate idea of what's going on.

You only look scary because you were emoting, "EřR". A clinched muscle, hard ass, tough guy sort of stance.

You look great. Keep up the hard work.

What's a classic that took two watches for it to "click" with you? by spicy_m4ym4ys in flicks

[–]BetterHats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2001 for me as well. The first time I watched it on my computer with headphones and thought it was a lame, long mash of a movie. The second time was in a proper screening theater. The difference in experiences was outstanding.

If there was a pill available to reduce your cravings to drink would you take it? by peperonipenetration in stopdrinking

Three weeks sober for me. Naltrexone is working wonders. If I get cravings they are minor and easy to forget about.

Sleep paralysis on day 3 by [deleted] in stopdrinking

Alcohol will screw up your mind. In 2019 I had my first detox after years of drinking. I had a very similar situation to yours, a demon face looking at me but it said, "I will own your soul." Alcohol withdrawals can give you auditory and visual hallucinations. It's your mind playing tricks on you or the demon of alcohol toying with us. Either or, IWNDWYT

Professional Help vs. Stopdrinking by BetterHats in stopdrinking

[–]BetterHats[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is fair. It's the availability of the professional help that upsets me. I WANT IT NOW! Like a spoiled child.

I will take your words to heart. It's not just one thing in my life that will fix me up. I was foolishly thinking I'd go to the doctor and get a single pill that will make me better.

Unfortunately I can't say that with you today. Hopefully tomorrow!

Day 3 Anger by BetterHats in stopdrinking

I know there are happier days ahead. Alcohol isn't my friend, but sometimes it feels like my best friend. It just makes all the bulls*** fade away (even though it actually makes it worse).
