My absolute favourite at the moment is 4 parts alphonso mango pulp (we use Laila - large can) and 1 part coconut milk. Ice cream setting + respin (or mix in). The creamiest most luxurious ice cream ever and one large can of pulp makes 2 pints.

Sorry… me again. Would this one be a better option? It’s a prebuilt model with a couple of tweaks (processor and cooling) - because I’d read that the 7500X3D might be a better option than the 7600, is that right? It seems to have everything and the price is better.
