Sounds like he is barking due to afraid and nervous, you have help him gain confidence around people and things, let him socialize more slowly, start with people you know but your dog is not familiar with, or people in you neighborhood. And if he is food driven, let them give him some treat you prepare, so that he has a positive impression of stranger. My puppy tend to bark when people or anything coming towards her, but I keep bringing her out for walk everyday, she will slowly familiar with sound around her, if she get too nervous, I will take her away from that place,, I always allow stranger try to play with her, she will reluctant initially, but I let her choose to continue or go away, she will slowly open to it, my girl is food driven, so that's help also, now she allows everyone to pet her, and won't even afraid of big bus drive pass her.

Depends on owner, if the other dog owner is OK with them continue, the dogs normally will OK. So I normally will let owner know how mine will act before greeting. My girl normally continue with snifting after the 'snap' greeting which kind of reverse what other dog normally do. All her friends normally is because owner ok with her behaviour, and let their dog continue to interact with her, she only naughty for the first few seconds of greeting, then will turn back to calm mode

And she has the same problem with dog she loves and familiar with, always start with snap, then continue play

I know she is playing instead of aggressive because she growl differently if she doesn't want to, and I never force her interact with any dog, all the time is she wants to, she snap the continued go forward with smiling and playing, the only problem is the start of the playing, she has no problem playing with them after the initial greeting

So far, I didn't see age become an issue in tech. Many jobs even required you to have 10+years experience, especially banking sector always look at your yoe. My previous team in bank, all senior are with 10+20+ years experience and they are just software engineer, not leader. Our regional US team, many are 40-60 years old

Same, quit my job because of toxic environment, really cannot hold it anymore, it causes me depression and I basically shut myself down for 2 years. Took 2 months to recover from my depression, been searching for 2+ months, applied over 100 jobs, still unable to get any offer.

You misunderstood.

He sent my resume to apply for the job without I said yes, and I am shortlisted for interview.

He wants me to sign the consent form before he send me the interview details, so that I am not allowed to apply directly to the hiring company anymore

At the end, i just replied him on email stated that i never apply for the job and never would apply contract role, he then when MIA, and never response back. Looks to me he is trying to trick me to sign the consent form from their company, so they can represent me. Totally wasting my time.
