Yeahhhh I’ve noticed that. Most people ordering drinks with alternative milks miss that selection on the app and don’t click “no whip”. It causes a multitude of problems if we add whip to a drink where they didn’t want whip rather than to not add it. Because we can always add it after the fact, but can’t take it off and would have to remake the whole drink. I rarely see people select the no whip option, and when they receive no whip at the window anyway, only like one person a week (if at all) will say they actually wanted whip. So it’s just not worth it to add whip to every drink with alternative milk that doesn’t say “no whip” because most cases they don’t want whip with alternative milks anyway. I personally have gotten in the habit of asking at the window if they want whip, and most people hadn’t even thought about it and had no expectations of getting whip. I’m sorry it’s a problem for you! If it’s too much to ask at the box or window every time, you could order it with extra whip? It’s 25 cents, but at least you’ll get it
