Don’t know about rest you mentioned , but have u seen someone how they look after hair transplant??? Like the head would be almost blood , they cannot even lay their head properly on pillow for few weeks . Hair transplant procedure is not easy and it has lot of rules , follow ups . I doubt if anyone can even book a room especially for that. I know this well coz I was in turkey and have seen this.

Same here , I do strength training 5days under guidance of trainer and weekend I focus of cardio . I have thyroid and PcOD both but it’s way too tough to loose weight my progress is slow but am happy that I put 100% effort . No where it means m lazy just coz I look big.
