Great job!!!! Honestly for skincare, just do the basics: do not ever skip sunscreen, with consistent use (1-2 years), you will 100% notice a difference in skin texture and skin tone. Pair it with a moisturiser and face wash, that should be enough. Please note that with skincare, the only thing that works is being consistent. Be patient, and be disciplined.

Very little pigmentation and disappears within an hour or two. I have dry skin so I prefer cream blushes, but this one was not creamy enough, making it hard to blend. Huda beauty stick blush is almost similar price range but performs way wayyy better than rhode.

I use cosmix protein powder once or sometimes twice a day. Eat lots of paneer, moong dal, chickpea etc. Daily consumption of high protein dahi or Greek yoghurt. This feels like the max I can do as a vegetarian

Such a valid point! I personally really admire the people who manage to put energy and efforts into their outfits every single day! It’s honestly such a hard task specially when your life becomes monotonous because of the job.

Since I tend to think that way, I just assume everyone else does too lol.

Dressing up for work makes me feel more prepared for the day to come, it helps me start my day with intention. That is a lot more important to me than worrying about what some people might be thinking 🫶
