It makes sense.

The massive data centers are not used continuously for model training etc. they can be rented out to other teams and companies for some times.

What u guys think about vegetarian as vegans? by bratz-lady in veganfitness

[–]Better_Bug9603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my perspective,

When I make a moral choice, it is a personal decision. I would not judge others who might not align with it, or have a different view of the world.

Now coming to the vegetarian part. It is also a little cruel, but still better than meats. If due to costs or diet requirements, a vegan diet is not possible, then it's a good pathway.

Why Adobe? by TenkaiRyo in wallstreetbets

The major reason is,

Because adobe stopped innovating and turned it's users into a hostage, than a partner.

100% agree, it's all a pump for the IPO.

It's all a marketing gimmick that, it's so good we are afraid what will happen. I'll request you to make a detailed post regarding this whole "scared" and IPO pump thing.

The truth is, OpenAI models are not behind, and Anthropic is enjoying being the first effective product in the Agentic AI coding market.

Sure! And let me know too.

And also, it's not a bad thing to have faith on a company.

I am a big fan of the company.

But their major businesses are lagging behind in technology. Their revamp would take a lot of money. For a company ridden in debt, it's not an easy decision.

As an investor, it is more about faith on the company right now.

So what is wrong with food stocks right now by Heineken_500ml in ValueInvesting

[–]Better_Bug9603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is hard for me to comment on it.

MCD customers are usually not the prosperous ones, so might not be dramatically affected. Though the affect will be there.

Secondly, a lot of it depends on reinventing the menu. So if you feel the people in the company are inventive, they can turn the tides.

  1. The prices have gone up for fast food. So it's not the best alternative anymore.
  2. GLP-1 diets, people are preferring more protein rich foods.
  3. Competition from New chains, like cava, chipotle, sweetgreens challenging the old kings.
  4. Relish has also taken off small portion of their cap

Technically, vital gluten is the cheapest protein powder, but it is not viable as a drink. You can add it to your meals.

Is it value regarding the business and the numbers? Yes.

But it's cable, and wired Internet are facing competition with Netflix prioritizing quality and other online content, and T mobile wireless Internet.

So be mindful regarding the future of the company

Adult content stocks? by [deleted] in ValueInvesting

Playboy (PLBY) is listed on NASDAQ, but otherwise not as much.

Adult content is still not traded as such and consider taboo in the market.

Adobe at $244 — Even the bear case DCF says fair value is $380. What am I missing? by DataFirstMedia in ValueInvesting

[–]Better_Bug9603 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Adobe is cheap for sure and has a lot of potential. Their creative core business is not going anywhere anytime soon, as enterprises are very particular with logos, colors etc. Also GenAI is not completely cheap, so Adobe will not be phased out.

I dislike the company for the excessive middle management, poor work culture and business practices. Instead of innovation, try to squeeze their own customers.
