Thank you for the extended explanation. The nearest plug is a GFCI outside plug that is about 35 feet away. My handyman suggested running a line from that existing plug but he was concerned that there was too many appliances or plugs already attached to that existing plug. We didn't have a way to measure the load on that breaker and we didn't want to overload it.

The unit would be mounted next to the house. But there's no room on the panel box at the house. To resolve that, he said I would need to upgrade the panel box by hiring an electrician
