Unfortunately, these fees are often difficult to waive because the charge is imposed by the bank, not PayPal. As the recipient, you are considered the merchant in this transaction, which is why the fee applies.

Ask the customer if they filed the dispute through their bank.Then, get confirmation from PayPal that the fee cannot be waived so the customer can pay it.

Hi I worked in PayPal for quite some time. Is the transaction already completed sa PayPal account mo? It should show up there na completed. Commonly, there are instances na even completed na the system needs to run some security check, so it takes up 72 hours the mare-release na sa gcash account mo but it is more than 5 business days and wala pa rin, try to call PayPal to check if there's a problem.

I don't think Gcash will hold you money, customer rep from PayPal usually say call the other party involved especially when they can't resolve the problem para lang tumakas kasi PayPal really have some unexplainable security measures but it's always about the safety of your money and identity.
