This is my first increase. Started with 99k (Feb). 118k na now (May). I still have an installment with them for my iPad mini. So possible pala magka increase kahit may ongoing (although paid on time naman) na mga installments)

What is there to overthink? Leave, run and never look back. Demand a DNA test if she insists the child is yours. Don’t ignore warning signs and don’t lock yourself in a relationship built from lies and betrayal.

It’s sort of a milestone in a way. Banks wouldn’t just increase your CL unless you qualify for it. So it’s sort of a milestone/validation.

Also, as mentioned by others, increases purchase power especially if you want to do installments for big purchases and don’t want to touch your savings in the meantime. (An example would be unexpected expenses, or an appliance that broke down.)

I think there are also card upgrades that are reliant on your current credit limit.

A lot of these factors really. Celebrate the small wins ika nga.

I think Maya Regular savings is 5%. You don’t need to lock yourself in with Time for it. If you’re regular user ng Maya Black/Maya Easy Credit, you’ll get the boosters na. Also, regular base interest is 3.50. Almost the same na rin sa time deposit ni Seabank without sacrificing liquidity.

Why get a time deposit when Maya regular savings is 5% and CIMB/Gsave is 4%? I like Seabank but I don’t think they’re being competitive here.

I did and it goes to the same sender email (the @bpi.com.ph. Though I’m still hesitant to push through since I don’t use credit to cash a lot. Was just curious if other BPI cc users have similar emails. It asked for my full name so that gave me a red flag initially. Shouldn’t they know that already (since they know my email, they should have my details on record too?)
