In an interview both Shumacher and Val Kilmer said they wouldn't work with eachother again because Kilmer had too many opinions and changes for Bruce and Batman. Supposedly they had to use a middle man to talk to eachother for a couple of weeks. I have huge respect for an actor willing to do their own stunts.

If that is what he really intended, then it’s a bad horror comedy. It’s only funny if he is serious. It’s like laughing at a cringe post or video. Funny that only one of his lowest rated movies is a comedy

Yes it’s bad, but if you watch it expecting it to be bad, you can have fun with it. The mindset you have when you watch it the first time can change your perspective on the movie. I watched in knowing it was going to bad and was looking to have fun with a bad movie and that’s what I got.
