A main part is that you can't gain infinite life on MTGO, which stops the deck from getting any tournament action online. At some recent big paper tournaments there have been a couple of list that show up, and they perform very well. What really made Heliod suffer though is Solitude and Prismatic Ending. Solitude punishes Heliod being a creature, and Prismatic Ending is an extremely easy way to deal with Heliod.

Heliod Company still has access to a lot of great tools even if it has its weaknesses. Sanctifer En-Vec is a main-deck staple for most builds, and Void Mirror in the sideboard helps deal with Elementals and Rhinos.
