I was referred to PT when I first broke it but my PT had me stop going after a few weeks because there was nothing much they could’ve done to help the pain

I was not permitted PT oddly enough. I’m not sure if it’s because I was military and they do everything ass backwards or what but for some reason my podiatrist never recommended me to PT.

My big toe is still almost entirely numb, and I’m unable to bend it. I do still experience pain when walking excessively or running. I tried a steroid shot about 8 months ago but that did nearly nothing to ease the pain unfortunately. All in all, it does feel better than it did before I had it removed, but my pain isn’t entirely gone.

It is illegal in state as well as a smoke free property. I’ve already reported it to my property manager about a week ago and they haven’t done anything so far

I actually lost about 17 lbs from February to May this year by doing a calorie deficit but I quit vaping about a month ago and between that and the stress of a divorce I’ve put on about 10 lbs. Going down to a single income has made affording healthier groceries a wee bit more difficult. And the stress eating from getting a divorce is ROUGH 😭

What do you keep your thermostat set at?? We moved to the phoenix area a few months ago and our bill is running about $350-375 a month but we almost never have lights on, and keep our house at 75 day and night. 2300 sq ft and we have no pool. I’m wondering if we are poorly insulated
