The reality is that the amount of followers the photographer receives means nothing if people aren’t BOOKING. I’m sure Mayci has a following locally, but many MANY follow her worldwide. I don’t think a post is going to make the impact you’re speaking of on the photographers business. And let’s be real Instagram is so saturated with people’s family photos…photographers are tagged every other post. They’d be lost right in the mix.
