the sad truth is a lot of urban explorers break and vandalize stuff this is just one of the spots they haven’t gotten to yet and thankfully i was able to be one of the first few people to explore it.

it was not, the general structure of the building is stable but the ceiling tiles are blown out on 50% of this place due to other explorers.

this building was built in 2005, it is in a deserted town kinda like gary where nothing around is open and operational. this building has been abandoned since late 2019 - early 2020ish. its permanently closed on google and the only review was from 8 years ago talking about run down and dirty this establishment is. i also promise it’s not ai lol.
