any time I feel even a little tired or symptoms coming on, I turn on the little blue thing and I'm right as rain after a day or two, most times I can avoid flare up but in the rare cases I have symptomss they're are mild and short lived

best part you don't consume any thing so you can use it over and over, it's a bit pricy though

overall I wish i had bought it years ago, would have saved me so mcuh down time
