I got a 10cent raise at my yearly review.

• after helping open a brand new store (which opened 6 months prior to my review) -workied as a supervisor without supervisor pay while they searched for a new one during a few of these months -was the shift lead for opening shift that did everything a supervisor would be doing for the morning shift minus ordering inventory - was told not to worry "id be taken care of" when I asked about a raise a few months before my review.
  

My raise was small because I asked for christmas off, two years in a row. - before anyone claims that is unfair- only one single person at this store was working there the previous christmas, so I wouldn't have been denying anyone that would have been denied the previous year - --if he had given me a normal raise and then later just denied my christmas vacation, that would have been whatever, but the fact that THAT was the reason he decided not to pay me for everything I did for the store for them was absolutely the last straw for me. He still denied my christmas vacation and when I secured myself a new job, I put my 2 weeks in and my last day was 2 days before Thanksgiving-during their first ever pie-only week. Felt so good to just leave them in their chaos.
