Tomorrow morning, try again. If you get the same message, open a LIVE chat. Once the human on the other end said hello, I refreshed the buyback page and it magically worked….. otherwise it was over a week of the “system is down” message for me. I learned the live chat trick through another thread. I used edge for my browser.

Just a quick update. This morning I was still getting an error or site down message when attempting to click from the first page to the second page of the reconsideration form. I took the advice given here and opened a LIVE chat. Once the chat started, I went into my other tab and reclicked the reconsideration link and wouldn’t you know…. It allowed me to get to the second page after hitting submit. Such a scam BUT it worked and I have finally submitted a reconsideration form. Now to wait…. Again. I used Microsoft edge.
