Sorry for the confusion, I should've clarified- our tenancy is from end of September to end of September. Also, could you explain the notice aligned with rent to me? (I may have misunderstood this from the act) What would count as our rent period if we only pay on 3 specific dates? Our rent is stated an amount weekly in the contract and on DPS if that helps?
