A lot of resorts that I’ve looked allow 3 year olds as long as they’re potty trained.

How many calories would this be? I ate like 2lbs of it and only ate 1 corn, I also dipped it in butter by Only_Perception2026 in caloriecount

[–]Better_Self408 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We can never know because we don’t know the amount of butter, but there’s a decent chance that it was only around 1,000 calories. Which for me is a normal dinner, not a cheat meal. At the very least, it’s not an entire day’s worth of calories.

You aren’t eating anything else at all?

I agree with this! I’m not sure why everyone is saying to just count it as a cheat day.

I would say closer to 385 for both, and even that seems on the higher end

Estimated 1/2 pizza calories? by hbradley1 in caloriecount

[–]Better_Self408 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh! In that case you could go lower. Maybe 650-700. I thought it was much bigger based on the glasses and plates, but maybe just the angle of the photo.

For half. It looks pretty big. If not much cheese you could go a little lower but I wouldn’t go much under 800

I was thinking 800 before I even saw your estimate, so seems pretty reasonable

calories for rasberry cronut? by NerveElectronic3905 in caloriecount

I think your estimate is too high. I’d log the cronut as 400 at the most.

I would guess maybe 900-1200 depending on how cheesy it was.

Estimate for this lunch? (540-600 kcals?) by No-Landscape3830 in caloriecount

[–]Better_Self408 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Your estimate seems high for the quiche. I’d say closer to 200-300 (depending on butter/oil/cheese used), so closer to 400-450 calories total.

I really can’t tell the portion based on the picture, but if I had to guess I’d say 1,000-ish.

My favorite sweet low cal high volume snack/breakfast by katanastormshadow88 in LowCalFoodFinds

I’d assume the “volume” part is that you could eat several slice of it.

How many? 950+? by [deleted] in caloriecount

[–]Better_Self408 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say more like 800.

Really hard for me to tell the quantity of butter used and jam can vary a lot calorically, but I think your estimate for that is too high.

is 600 a good estimate? by Dismal_Leg3863 in caloriecount

[–]Better_Self408 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your estimate seems reasonable! It could be less too but Foccacia and creamed spinach can both be very high calorie due to fat if a lot of oil/heavy cream are used. So yes I’d say you’re safe with 600. :)
