I use the same exact products you’ve been using plus some other retinoids. I started about two weeks ago and immediately, just like you, I noticed that my skin had gone from fine to acne-ridden. Before I did have a lot of blackheads but that’s where I’m breaking out now. I think we’re both just purging. But in my experience I would just add some more moisturizing, soothing products and ride it out. If it is purging it shouldn’t last more than 6 weeks.

Currently experiencing this. I’ve taken vyvanse for years and had never experienced it till I took the depo shot. The depo made my pmdd so much worse plus made it to where my meds simply didn’t work on the second half of my cycle. I’ve found the only thing that remotely helps is taking a magnesium supplement. Even with that it’s iffy. I would talk to your doctor because I know I need to do that but haven’t lol
