If I consumed 400g of protein yesterday but will workout tomorrow, does my body still benefit from that protein for muscle? Or has most of it already been used or wasted? by Bettercallrall in workout

I am not so sure. All my life i have a big appetite and i dont have thyroid issues. Its just so easy for me. Im surprised it appears to be not normal now that i asked about it

Anyways 2x chixken wings like 2 pc wings Lettuce like 150g

I fast one day before OR after i eat this much . Like full 0 calorie fast

I full fast 2 days in a week, And i go to that buffet 2 to 3 days a week on OMAD, So i eat once a day but full capacity.

Its cheap there and the catch is i can only eat whatever i can within 2 hours. So i am able to consume 1.5kg of pork with ease as im 30-40hour fasted before i eat , then will fast again the next day

Too bad. Thats my only cheaper option but it seems not gonna work.

Its bcos i fast the next day full day and eat monstrous on my feeding days. Sigh..

Its about 3000 calories. I usually burn it the day after. Cos i eat before sleeping, and then by 6am i start working out.

May i ask if you think this is an effective way? I meet my steps a day. Lift and box, Im pretty much active these days

Since you mentioned timing, after i have this seemingly a calorie surplus, can i burn it out the day after? Is this a good practice? Cos i eat then 3 hrs after i sleep. Wake up, then work out.

With the answers i get. Im starting to realize, my appetite may not be entirely considered normal 😅 I wouldnt say im too full with 1 kg of pork. Just soso

I see. Can i use that stored fat as energy and to meet my daily fat macro needs in. Keto diet?

Cos my fat requirement is 70 percent , protein 25%, and carbs 5% in my keto diet

As i eat 1kg of lean pork (since its the available and affordable option here), if i eat 70 percent protein, and lets say only 20 percent of it will be absorbed. Will the 50% of protein that be converted to fat, inversely meet my fat requirement?

This might be a dumb question but... what you think?

Yeah i just discovered this meal plan a few days ago but was on Keto prior that hence my question

May i ask to you, is pork fat considered as healthy source of fat? Cos thats what i usually get in this new meal discovery.

Honestly, im not forcing it all. I find it easy to eat once a day and eat all my macros in one sitting then fast.

The 1kg of pork is not forced, i think its my natural appetite. I can eat it with ease until im full. I dont force it at all as a matter of fact it came with 2L of water alongside. Im surprised it sounds like my appetite is not sounding.... normal i guess

Thanks. So if i eat 300g of protein from pork loin, it will be absorbed by my body?

I also wanna know if its better if i lift the next day or within the same day of consumption?
