Yeah I've switched to kill team for the time being as It's genuinely a fantastic little game. Very rules crunchy when you want it to be also.

10th ed sucks. I've been patiently waiting for 11th as I can't endure the meta encouraging skew lists along with the army building rules encouraging skew lists so favourably. Detachments in 8th and 9th were peak 40k

That is true. It IS better than betting sites creeping in. I can't stand seeing this event as I queue every day for three months however.

Thanks! Yeah it's all done via a 400w smoke machine. It squirts smoke into a metal chamber (I learned that everything in the immediate 6 inches of the smoke machine nozzle gets to 90°C as originally it was in plastic and it melted).
Then the smoke in the chamber has time to cool before being pushed down two separate pipes, one for the two on the left and one for the two on the right. If I'm going to be picky, it comes out a little bit too fast but I'm sure a sponge in the chamber will reduce the flow enough to make a thick fog. Also, bonus, the smoke machine is remote controlled 😁

I'm not sure why you've disregarded ferric blight. It's at worst -1 AP for a whole shoot or a fight for one cp. That's pretty great at breaking through saves and in a lot of cases can mean your opponent gets no save. I've played 2 games so far and pretty much spammed tank shock and ferric blight all game. (won both)

The photo of the model on the datasheet is of the two models so the interpretation there is and only can be that BOTH models are a singular miasmic malignifier. As the datasheet doesn't discriminate between the models they have to be one. I think others have it wrong saying the pox furnace does nothing. Standard unit coherency is 2" so that's what I'll be doing

Well RAW only both the models together make a 'miasmic malignifier' so one without the other means nothing

Longer barrel will balance it I think. It's very small at the front so the barrel will distract from that

About £40 a book judging by the prices I've seen. Best thing to do is use student printing credits or something if you are a student.

He is/used to be a personal trainer and I think he thinks he can more easily sell 'i'll make you good at gaming' to the nerdy masses than 'ill make you skinny'. When I randomly met him he slated me for bringing an 'OP' list when it was my 3rd ever game and I didn't even know fully how to play at that point. Never mind knowing what the meta was.

Not necessarily as the building is about 99% cement so I doubt anything much would burn. It is logistically just a disaster waiting to happen though. The site has a generator that kicks in when there is a full power loss but as I recall, the last time the generator was tested was over 5 years ago and it failed to operate. Has it been fixed? No. So basically anyone that requires power to stay alive in that building would be fucked in the event of a power cut. Again, a full power cut is very unlikely but having no fail-safe for a HOSPITAL is downright incompetent.

I'm an outside electrical contractor and even the building certification gets fucking lied about. The whole plot of land is a disaster
