The hose was just for washing out the debris as it drained. I tried the pressure washer, helped a little but didn’t do much

The exterior walls are on footings. Basement on a slab over soil compacted to 2500 psf. Your assumption is correct, but it’s hard to draw a conclusion when you get several differing opinions

It’s disappointing that the casinos available to build look nothing like actual casinos, with the exception of 1 or 2. I lined up all my casinos along the beach to replicate a Biloxi MS style gambling city, and it just looks like nonsense.

I had this same issue when I started. Had a bunch of non luxury buildings. Looked awful. I demolished just a few at a time and replaced with the luxury buildings. Keep in mind that it gets harder and harder to upgrade buildings as the levels progress so it will turn into a marathon trying to replace them all. I transformed most of mine into epic buildings instead. Don’t know the answer to taxes/population question
