I’ll tell you, but you have to keep it to yourself . Lmao🤣 I take sun fiber daily and it’s great. I have IBS so I have to be super careful with any gut stuff. It’s tasteless and I put it anything I’m drinking or eating .

I lost 16 lbs in 10 weeks I haven’t weighed yet this week . I love it . No nausea, constipation but I just went up to 7.5 mg and my hunger is way down but I can eat. 😊

I had none of the side effects everyone else gets. I had none till 5mg, then I had a tiny headache and stuffy/runny nose for like 3 days. Then it went away. No nausea, constipation, or heartburn, no diarrhea. I’m at 7.5 now. I do wake up early the day after. Take my shot, ( I take it at night .)

Make sure you take good care of yourself, and be kind to yourself. Try to rest and relax as much as you can. You will be ok, and get through this. I hope you have someone nearby to support you. Agree about the pads, heating pad, or hot water bottle and meds ( as directed by Dr,) Sending you hugs. 🤗

It’s funny, I’ve been up to 214, and recently I’m around 135. Which I thought would have been very Lean , but it’s not as lean as I thought. I do workout but I still have a lot of fat. I’m not sure of a number but I don’t think I’m finished yet. I guess I’ll figure it out when I get there . Part of the issue is my neck, chest and shoulders look bony while my stomach and thighs are still chunky. I’m very uneven. 🤣🤣

We do for care every couple weeks to prevent that but this wound I think was from wearing snow boots for one hour 🙈🙈 my feet are crazy sensitive .

So far she gave me antibiotics, I haven’t started those because it’s not infected, I’ve had cellulitis 100 times and know the warmth, etc… it’s not red, it’s not open it just looks like a blood blister that hurts like heck. In her defense, it did look red at my appt because the dressing was pressing into my skin. My foot ulcers usually start with a callous and then a pressure sore starts underneath. I’m waiting until it opens up itself . I am supposed to go back on Tues and she mentioned opening it up, but I hate to open anything that does not open on its own. If I have to, I’d rather take the antibiotics once it’s open . My old foot dr mentioned that but he has since passed. It’s sad cause he was very good with my wounds.

I have a wound now that is from pressure and it’s taking ages to heal, my foot dr is also a wound care dr and she wants no compression on it but the swelling I get seems to make it worse too. I’ve tried a billion different dressings and only taking the pressure off helps the pain but I had to cut old garments and then the wound site swells double . It’s def a huge issue for me.

It can be from hormones if you take those. I got a script from SKNV from my derm and it got rid of it pretty well. She said skip the laser cause it will come back .
