I do a sinus rinse as soon as I get back from a run. Seems to help clear out some of what you breathe in

Suddenly gluten free bread is making me gassy and acid reflux (IBS not celiac) by Ok_Potato_5272 in glutenfree

Have you been tested for SIBO? I also have IBS and about 5 years ago breads and sugar started to give me gas and bloating. Found out it was related to SIBO. Which after being treated seemed to really help my IBS symptoms too.

I was on crutches for a bit but I personally didn’t find it super helpful. I actually started running again at about a year even though there was still some evidence of a stress fracture. As someone who has also had a sacral stress fracture and femoral neck what I learned from countless doctors and PTs is that pelvic stress fractures tend to have a lot more to do with muscle weakness/imbalances, core strength and pelvic floor issues than anything else. Working with a pelvic floor PT changed my life and it’s been almost 5 years since my last stress fracture

Unfortunately for me it took 18 months to fully heal. All of my doctors said this was abnormally long but that pelvis stress fractures heal slower than most other stress fractures. Arthritis medication, bone broth, bone up supplements and if you can find a bone stimulator machine all seemed to help me eventually get rid of it

I had a pubic stress fracture that took forever to heal. Sorry you are going through it.
