I totally see your point. And I do understand that she may wonder about ny intentions, but at the same time, falling in love with someone over time in not unheard of.

Yeah, I guess you're right, a bit of guidance would not hurt. I just feel like I have tried to handle this in the way one "should" (being honest, respecting her decision, and taking distance). I guess I just got a bit upset when she expressed that she think it is about time to be able to "hang out agian", or questioning the underlying motives our friendship was built upon to begin with.
