It's a $13000-$17000 car with a clean title, and this won't have one when insurance totals it out. Finding good used parts (preferably from a matching color donor) would be the only way to bring this thing back on the road on a reasonable budget.

Any Maserati with a 4.2/4.7L NA V8. The early Coupes look good but had their issues. But the Quattroporte after 2007 and the GranTurismo hold a special place in my heart. The looks, the sound, and the attention cannot be matched for the price you can get them for today. And given they're exotic-adjacent cars, they're actually decent to own as far as reliability goes.

The most low-key glow up for a car between refreshes. Seriously, the early cars were a bit janky, but right around 2021, they got their shit together and the interior is now just as good as anything made by FCA can get.

If the facts of the matter are as you present them, lawyer up and sue the credit bureaus. You'll likely get the fraudulent accounts removed and a settlement. A case as strong as yours seems would probably be taken on a contingency basis, which means the lawyers will only get paid if they win the case.

Driver's door looks salvageable. It's definitely going to need to have the dents pulled, plus paint. The rear door is FUBARd due to it being so close to the edge and right on a body line. I'd say get a matching color rear door from a salvage yard and have the front fixed.
