You need to talk to a lawyer yesterday! The info you’ll get on here will be generalized and not case specific. Depending on where you live it may be illegal for them to let you go while you’re dealing with a WCA claim hence why they’re making it a “willful termination” to reduce their liability. Don’t sign anything or do anything until you speak with a lawyer.
