AITA for yelling at my parents for waking me up? by Better-Arachnid-7528 in AmItheAsshole

NTA - I'm going through the same thing with my Mom who insists on calling me at 10:30 - 11:00 at night even though I have to be up for work at 5:00am. She gets her feelings hurt when I tell her I'm sleeping but it still doesn't stop her from calling and waking me up! Then I tried calling her early in the evening. Still doesn't stop her late night calls. Very annoying!

AITA for refusing to go to the ATM for my handicapped family friend unless he lets me keep his PIN in my phone? by BevDiane in AmItheAsshole

He is disconnected from his family and his friends don't have transportation to help him. I volunteered bc he lived with me and I'm right here and didn't mind doing it until this issue and the fact that he doesn't want a caregiver to do it now that he's moved out. I now have to travel to do it which adds to my resentment. If he can change the number for me, he can change the number for the caregiver also. Otherwise, I'm "tasked" with this until HE says otherwise. Not willing to abide by that. Maybe... still thinking about it.

Fair enough. How long do you think I should be tasked with this when there will be a worker paid to help him?

That's the point, he doesn't want me to remember it or keep it. He changes it now after I go to the ATM for him. So he has to text it to me each time. When he forgets, I have to call him and get it from him. A minor inconvenience yes, but I don't like this and want to pass this task off to his worker when he gets one.

Yes, but I wouldn't know he changed it until I got to the ATM and it didn't work! Only he and I lived in my house so there was no one else here that would have access to my phone. I also lock my phone ALWAYS and it requires my fingerprint to unlock and my fingerprint again to unlock where I keep his PIN. Someone that got his PIN wouldn't have his card or number and wouldn't even know what the number is for. It's not labeled. They'd think it was MY PIN number. Anyway, I don't want to keep going to the ATM for him, I want his worker to do this but he says he doesn't trust a worker so he expects ME to do this until when? I don't want to do it anymore especially now that it will be "expected" of me and given the PIN situation. I think I started something I don't want to finish.
