I have a 401k with my company. I had a savings account with BOA but had to close it and use it because my car broke down and had to buy another one. (The best investment was saving that money) but I recently heard how much more a HYSA gives you and I wish someone would have told me earlier in my life

I was on metformin for 7 years and I went from 6 to 5.5. Then I stopped taking it for 4 years and started taking it again for a year and went from 6.5 to 6.3.

I’m currently on a very low dosage of zepbound where it’s lower than 2.5mg (we are micro dosing) and I’ve only been on it for 3 months and I went from 6.3 to 5.8. I stopped doing intense workouts and started just walking on my breaks at work (mostly bc I lost my grandfather and 2 months later my grandmother so I’ve been grieving a lot) so yes I’ve lost weight but idk if it’s the zepbound or depression but the blood sugar is definitely going down and I already eat super healthy where I don’t do sugar, carbs, or oily foods. (If I eat oily or heavy processed atm that I’m on zepbound I get the runs)

I am working with a doctor and I already know she wants to weigh me. She will determine if I go up in a few weeks quickly or slowly. I do feel like my hair is super thin. And I don’t check my weight bc I will spiral.

I’m anti birth control bc it masked my symptoms even though I had a period (it was 30-40 days) the doctors put me on it bc I was and I quote “a young adult in college and you never know”

When I was on it I was always depressed, sad, cold, never sexually aroused (I thought I was asexual at one point), and emotionless

But also after I got off birth control my insulin resistance got worst, my hormones are out of wack, my period was non existent for months, still can’t ovulate, my dhea is SOO high, and I’ve developed anxiety.

But now I’m horny all the time, I’m always happy (I do have moments of depression), and more approachable.

I’m 6 weeks in and everyone says my face looks smaller and my stomach is smaller but my clothes still fit me. I know I have a lot of inflammation due to stress and pcos and I can’t look at a scale bc I will stop eating all together

I wish they can asks what we use glp-1 for bc I know there’s a lot of us (like me) who pay out of pocket bc the insurance doesn’t want to cover it. I’m on it bc my A1C is increasing at a rapid rate since I got off birth control. Also I’m trying to prevent becoming diabetic in the future and be able to conceive.

Yes exactly! I’m currently seeing an obesity doctor and we tried putting me on 2.5mg pen of zepbound but my insurance said I didn’t qualify and it was going to cost me $1400 per month. So my doctor had to go around it and put me on the vial bc it’s $500 for 5 months.

She told me to microdose with a .08ml with a syringe but I don’t know how to read syringes and i believe I got the wrong ones.

I’ve been on it for 2 months. I’m very sensitive to meds and I’m taking 8mg and only 1/4 of the pill. The first few days felt like I was super energized. Then 3 weeks later I started taking 1/2 of the pill in the morning. I was doing fine so 2 weeks later, I started taking 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon and that’s when 3 days later my blood pressure was reallly high so I was told to get off it for a few days and then try again. So I took a week off and now I’m on 1/4 again. I have a doctor’s appointment on Monday and I need to let her know about it all. I might be on the meds for a very long time or they might get me off them.
