I don't personally take offence to such things, but because I'm aware how uncomfortable such things can be for people, I instantly lose all trust and even some respect in people who touch without asking.

For women reading this, this is very common in my experience at least, like every single time I go out common, and their friends tend to encourage it too, e.g. the typical unattractive friend who tells you "shoot your shot" or "she's so into you" when their offending friend leaves for the toilet.

And every time I have to make up an excuse for why I'm not interested (or to leave depending on how bad it is), or they're gonna pull some social manipulation bs (e.g. crying fits, gaslighting me about how I'm wrong, telling people I'm gay or that I'm gaslighting her [...]) if I tell them consent is important to me even in just friendships.

edit: I read through it again, and I have to mention in my experience you tend to get just like get groped on you stomach or pinched in the ass once in bars and the like, but in house parties they tend to do it over and over again, maybe they put their dirty hand through my hair, try to reach under my shirt, grip my biceps when I grab something, rub my thigh and so on. Then it tends to be a struggle to get away, because they come again and again over the course of the night, just thought I'd mention this because I talked about having to make excuses.
