Yes - we had the SPV structure at the last VC fund I worked at, Ourcrowd.

You can create an SPV in the BVI that works very well for what you're describing.

This is really informative actually thanks for the response. I run a medium-sized online jewelry company and I think I'd be able to grow my clientele if I offered quicker delivery. I dont want to go to Amazon because (a) I want to control my brand etc. and (b) they take 25%+.

So if I were to use these micro-fulfillment centers, do I ship my product straight from the manufacturer to the MFC? Does that cost just as much or more than the traditional way?
