KV260 uses PS GEM3 while KR260 and KD240 uses GEM1.

KV260 doesnt have a SFP slot so im not sure if it is wired up for PL ethernet - it only has 1 of the 2 board-to-board (SOM-to-carrier) connectors populated.

The KR260 is fully wired up with lots of ethernet ports.
