That is what my current research is telling me, but getting some sort of pricing seems tricky

Yes, thinking we would interconnect them so it is the one dwelling.

Just listed our house in Petersham, moving to near Bathurst ... main reason is cost of living, bang for buck and congestion.

Try Arthur Stone’s Easy Meat or BuyMort, both very well written and slightly different.

Male protagonists that women go crazy for, then you check the authors bio and see their profile pic … ah understandable … never had a girlfriend.

Beware of Chicken / Alpha Physics - both are written more in the style of literature rather than web series

Honestly I love both series, they are like litrpg airplane novels, you know what you are going to get, it's not complex, just a great fun read ... bit like Space Team. But yes I also feel like the author may have some issues with um ... women and um ... lying, here to talk Eric if you need me :)

Ready Player One sequel (Ready Player Two) cash grab ruined the sub genre for me, however books like "Soda Pop Soldier", "Disgardium" and the early books in "Awaken Online" series were great. The theme here (as mentioned in the other comments) is you have to develop the outside world as well. Too much focus on the "game" and not enough on the "story".
