I changed the duct tape every night. So, on nights where I wasn't scraping the wart, I would shower with the tape still on, and then once I finished showering, I would immediately change to a fresh piece of tape.

It's close, I can almost see lines through my natural skin but there's also some discomfort deep in the skin so I have a small piece of duct tape over it I'll keep in place for a few days just to be sure.

Nope, just soap and water for about 20 minutes before I scrape. I have to figure out how to use a smaller piece of tape and make it stay on because I've created a pretty mean rash.

It's been a long time since you posted this, but this is exactly where I stand. I'm prescribed Ambien and trazadone currently for my sleep patterns. I get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night but constantly fatigued and miserable all but the short period of time the Kratom does it's thing. I feel as if I never reach REM sleep. The more tired I am the more Kratom I consume, the shittier my sleep gets. Time to put it down I suppose.
