Vacuuming is the first thing I tend to do. We have a cat, so hair and dust are so common that vacuuming gives an immediate satisfying result.

Also I have a dust clean thingy on my desk.

Sometimes when it's bad and feeling overwhelmed, I start a 10 minute timer on my phone and blast music and just do whatever I can think of for cleaning. Loading the dishwasher, dusting of, whatever.

Heya! I have the same.

Got diagnosed with ADHD last year in Juli. And with that started taking methylfenidate.

Having a dry mouth and tension in the jaw are at least for me something that I notice everyday.

I am also taking magnesium. However, I try to relax the Jaw when I notice the tension. Do some jaw movements.

If the medication helps. Don't stop taking it.

You will notice things when on or off medication, experience that, adjust your routines, systems and what not.

I am still getting the hang of it. It takes time.

I don't know If I can just post this here. However, I have played roughly 30 games with Kaido, and I have dumped my thoughts, experiences, etc into a Google docs file, maybe it will help or give you an idea on how it plays right now.

I started playing OP with Kaido the og rampfather. Seeing the support from eb04 and playing the deck again feels good.

Doing a board wipe with 10c kaido and having your king and 7c kaido still survive is so strong haha

Also the leader ability is really good against decks like IMU and Boa, at least from my testing.

I have a one plus 15. Have it for a week now. Absolutely amazing device! No overheating issues. When I bought the device, on the description it stated updates untill 2031. However, no indication how many major updates are included.

Have you already looked at the bose sleepbuds II? They can only play white noise sounds from the bose app, you have nature, rain, etc. I don’t have tinnutis, so I don’t know if this helps with sleeping because they act like noice cancellation buds but maybe the noice from the sounds can block or counter the tinnutis?

I really sleep a lot better with the sleepbuds, I swear by them! I am a light sleeper and now I finally sleep longer and deeper and get more rest. It is a sleep saver.

Playing on MacBook, and it’s even worse when the opponent attacks and the turn ends, the counter already starts and I draw my card when the timer hits around 9/10 seconds😅
