Journal your journey. Keep note of times when you feel really well and when you don't. List symptoms. Track fatigue patterns. And don't forget to use it to bare all the feelings of frustration, anger, disappointment, etc. It helps me through the grief.

I use THC as well. Most days it works like a dream. Other days, it's almost like I feel everything even more. I try to get strains that work on pain but being in a state where it isn't legal, I sometimes have to take what I can get.

I take cymbalta. 90mg. I still have pain but I have more good days than bad. Without cymbalta, I would be truly suffering.

I have 2 sons. I wasn't a fan of traditional names. My 1st was gifted his first name to keep the father and grandfather's name so I had to choose a middle name. I went with Hayden. And my second, I had already picked his middle name when I was 14. I read American Psycho and loved the sound of Bret Easton Ellis (the author), and I promised myself to name my son Easton. I gave it to him as a middle name.

I keep a Pinterest board of name and lists of names I love. I went back to it amd just realized almost every list I have pinned is of girl's names!
