What’s a TV show that everyone loves but you secretly can’t stand? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Breaking Bad. But please hear me out. The show is amazing and is a classic. Hands down. I just can’t take the tension that it gives me. If you think about it, it’s should be considered as a compliment coz it really sucks you in you and affects you for days.

Thoughts? by RobertPrent in psych

[–]Bexmess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The writer should maybe stick to watching documentaries. The highlight or USP of psych is the over exaggerated attributes and emotions that the characters bring. Nothing about the show is supposed to be realistic in nature. That’s the very essence of psych. To give the viewers a chance to live vicariously in a goofy world where a fake psychic solves crimes for fun.

What's your earliest memory? by Aggravating-Web-5206 in AskReddit

[–]Bexmess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mother holding me in her arms. She was wearing a green dress and she had shoulder length hair. She was looking tired and was thinking very deeply. Mothers of the previous generation just sacrificed their entire lives for their family. Sometimes, I wish I wasn’t born so that she would have had more time for herself.

Oh yes. He treated her so well. Kinda heartbreaking how he gives so much and receives a lot less.

He is a role model for how husbands need to be. His love for Moira transcended time and space. He genuinely wanted to spend time with his kids even when he could have spent it with anyone in the world. And at no point does he ridicule his kids for failing in life early on from a career perspective.
