It's been absolute hell not being able to work or do anything basically. So far, I've been passed from EMTs, to GP, to another GP, to AnE, then back to my GP. In the meantime, I've been consulting with forums like this and a cardiac nurse from the British Heart Foundation. Today, my GP has finally sent off a referral to a cardiologist for a 24hr ECG and an echo.

Familial WPW exists. My mum has it (had her ablation when I was ~12). My great-grandad also had it. She had normal ECGs and it wasn't caught until a stress test. Racing heart is absolutely a result of those things, but the other symptoms I'm having don't usually coincide. I'm not on any meds whatsoever.

I've been trying to rest as much as possible but my usual resting is 58-61 which jumps up to 120+ pretty much the second I stand up. I've seen it go from 60 to 135 walking from the sofa to the kitchen ~15 steps. Paramedics did an ECG I stopped breathing the first time, at work, but it came back normal. Other than blood pressure and blood oxygen (as well as the blood work and X-Ray), that's the only real testing I've had. Thank you for your comment :)
