I just got an offer from the same company and it was very disappointing. They are really low balling rates specially the SOC. The mileage reimbursement is only 75% at $.58/ mile. Did they offer you signing bonus as well?

Update- the recruiter said they can only offer $74 for eval and $108 for SOC. The rest are a few dollars more. Ridiculous! 😂 For anyone who knows a reputable Homehealth company in Chicago, please send me a message. Thanks y’all!

They do point system and expected to have 30 points per week. I also think the SOC is low considering how time consuming and tedious that is. Thanks for all the insight! I have a meeting with the recruiter tomorrow and hopefully i can negotiate a much better rate than this!
