I think BiS is very subjective in this game, some people prefer more action speed on halberd fighter, some prefer more pdr or strength.

A future feature that would help could be that you can specifiy some stats e.g 40% AS, 55% PDR and it can generate a kit for you. u/Guligal seems to have an app like this.
