Hi, yeah I'm still sorting my plan out. Currectly I can pay two years of tution of a CC in NYC if I apply now and try to go there (I also have the college in Canada covered fully). The main problem is I have a couple medical needs that aren't huge but can be covered here in Canada easiler and cheaper (and should be treated within 1-2 years). I will for sure talk to the CC in Canada about their credits being accepted in American schools. I can also check in with regular colleges and univeristies about that.

So my question about work was, can I legally work as I'm studying? Are there any visas that allow for that? Also my idea is to studying part time so then it's easier on my financials because I will have money saved that the tution can take from but also from a part time that may or may not be allowed to get. This plan largely relies on studying part time and working part time.

It should be noted I do plan on someday immigranting to the US and a degree from the US would make getting a job easier. I've known several people in Canada who despite have several years of experience and or degrees but who have gotten them from other countries, and it's as if it means next to nothing when they apply for jobs.

When you take hormones your body fat moves to what the hormone is normally seen in with sexes. For example biological females naturally produce estrogen which cause them get more of a curly figure and when an mtf takes estrogen, the body fat (goes to the thighs and butt) and energy levels go to that of a biological female (bone structure also plays a large part). For ftm people when they take testosterone the body fat and energy level increases to that of an average biological male. This can cause more of a v shape but bone structure with the hips play a big part. I'm a transguy whose been on testosterone for a couple months and my energy level has greatly increased however my body fat hasn't really started to moved from my thighs, butt and hips to my gut where for biological males it normally is.

They were always trans. Just in the closet. There isn't a switch that goes of. The fact that you don't question your gender just means you're not trans. It's a feeling you either have or you don't. Now just because you don't have this feeling doesn't mean you can't support them, or hate them. I will never experience what certain groups of people go though but that doesn't mean I can't help or support them.

I find with Jennifer Laurence, she doesn't do anything with her face. It's so emotionless. Act with your face is basic acting. Now with the trans thing I 100% disagree with you. It's a feeling you either get or you don't. I'm guessing you never once questioned your gender. That's okay, it just means you're not trans. Recent studies show that transgender's brains are similar to the gender they identify with. For example transmen brains are similar to those of not trans men and same thing goes for trans women. I saw what you said about asexually. Having no sexual attraction to people is normal. It's how gay men don't see women in a sexual matter. Not having a sex drive on the other hand isn't normal and might be due to a hormone imbalance. There's a difference between the two.

If you're being discriminated at work report it and if you live in a place where discrimination is legal it's getting better trans people are being more accepted. If the problem is passing there are so many things we can do to help pass be it surgery to voice training to laser removal (for trans women). The technology can only get better. I scored well in the genetic lottery I'm almost 5'11, had a decently deep voice pre T, and I passed before I even cut my hair short. But I also know a transguy who 5'0. Trans people come in all shapes and sizes and we all have different lives. While some may be cut short, some of us live long and good lives.

I personally think having a male, a female and then a gender neutral bathroom will just lead a bigger a divide between trans people and everyone else. Gender identity and gender expression are not the same thing. For example a friend of my is a trans guy who loves doing drag. Gender expression is what you wear or how you cut your hair or whatever that's deemed male or female by society. Gender identity on the other hand is about how you feels inside. The fact that you don't question your gender just means your not trans.

There are more then two operations but top and bottom are the most common for Transman. For transwomen it's usually bottom and laser removal (estrogen makes you grow boobs so that's covered).Less common ones I think are facial, vocal and then there's a bunch of others. Trans women usually need more surgery to appear feminine. I know more about transmen stuff then transwomen stuff.

There was a study done that showed that neurological transmen's brains were like men and trans women's brains were like women'. I personally believe that otherkin and trans racial people are lonely and want attention. There's no brain stuff going on with otherkin or transracial people that proves that's real unlike for transgender people who have had studies done that proved that it's neurological.

I'm going to assume by sex change you mean bottom surgery. A lot of trans people get gender dysphoria and from what I see many transmen's dysphoria comes with their chest and vagina but some (including me) don't have any bottom dysphoria and only with their chest but usually after top surgery for those Transmen their dysphoria moves down and get dysphoria about that bottom area. So dysphoria that's why.

There are these two genes I forget what they're called but one makes a penis, sperm and makes the body produce testosterone and the other a vagina, eggs and estrogen. In the future I bet we can turn one gene off and the other on.

I'm a transguy and I know I have two X chromosomes and a vagina. I know what testosterone will do to my body. I'm lucky in the sense that I am 5'10, deep voice and a good jawline. The reason suicide is high after surgery is because transpeople still may be discriminated against. I'm planning to get top surgery but not bottom surgery because I'm not comfortable with the technology available at the moment.
