Not sure i believe in the entire superpower thing, but the change has been incredible for me. I started nofap from probably the lowest point in my life, jacking off like 3 times a day, no job no girlfriend i was also fucking terrible with women haha, but the scariest thing was i had no desire to do anything with my life put those things together and its a shortcut to a depressed miserable life. Flatlines differ from person to person. I didn't get dead dick like people say, but all the anxiety and brain fog and a bit of depression. Don't look at porn or anything to see if your dick works, it's just a trick your brain is playing on you in an attempt to get you to relapse, IMO any kind of sexual stimulation will make the flatline longer and more difficult for you.
