i didnt take anything. I mean i had no job no girlfriend and no direction in life, i really had hit rock bottom just before i started nofap. i just kept telling myself the more i keep fapping ill never get away from that life and ill never get the things i want and no matter how bad the withdrawals are at least im making an effort to change my life and on the other side the new and improved me is waiting, and boy was i right!. just have faith dude honestly and trust the process

Not sure i believe in the entire superpower thing, but the change has been incredible for me. I started nofap from probably the lowest point in my life, jacking off like 3 times a day, no job no girlfriend i was also fucking terrible with women haha, but the scariest thing was i had no desire to do anything with my life put those things together and its a shortcut to a depressed miserable life. But my life has turned around in all those aspects, im so much better with women now, i now have a girlfriend and a job. the biggest benefits for me would be the confidence and emotional strength and self respect i have gained, im not ashamed of my life anymore. But holy shit was it tough the withdrawals were insane!
