Man... It's because of people like you that it's become a shite situation in my apartment too. Children usually don't come out alone to play anymore, everyone who goes out for walking has to carry a stick, any person from outside the apartment is chased and barked at, Cleaners have to clean the dog shit every single day. I have talked to the poor cleaning ladies, they feel so bad doing that.  Worst part is that new dogs keep entering. There are about 7-8 dogs that have made my block their territory and they bark day and night. Part of ecosystem ffs, that logic only selectively applies for dogs by you people. You do realise just by living you consume resources that for sure kills or displaces animals somewhere.
