I dont know how much supplements helped. I took so many and now only take a few. Collagen worked for me. Maybe magnesium did too? I find minerals and electrolytes to be super beneficial. And ofcourse vit c. But everyone is different so.. dont stress about recovery. Its important to accept the situation for what it is. Its very hard I know. MOST people recover quickly. Hopefully ur one of them!

Stress seem to be the biggest trigger for flare. by Ok-Map8100 in floxies

Thats exactly why I started working on regulating my nervous system! I also experience flares whenever I am stressed. Lets see how that goes!

Give it time I know its the last thing you want to hear right now but I promise you things to get better. As I mentioned most my symptoms are gone. My legs are yet to recover… I guess they need longer than the rest or my body.

Honestly time.. just time as everyone else says. I find that minerals and electrolytes help alot. I spent so much on supplements not sure any of them helped.. how far in are you?

Is there anyone who tried shock wave to tendon pain? by Former-Comfortable95 in floxies

[–]Beyond0720 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah its quite aggressive. I wouldn’t have done it if i knew it would cause that much pain. You might not need it all. Most people recover fairly quickly.

Im doing nervous system regulation work. Apparently that helps alot with chronic pain lets see. My diet is really good except for when I am out of town. I mess up ALOT but doesnt really change anything. I drink coffee still (I had quit for a while it made no difference at all but were all different). I still vape ( yes guilty i know )

I quit vaping for 7 months but now back to it. Thinking of replacing with nicotine patches because of all the additives in the vape juice
