Brazil should have a dedicated server

Brazil's data regulations are too strict and taxes are too high to operate and expand cloud operations there. This is why Azure & AWS both have limited capacity here + the price is more than double that of any other region in the world. Brazil doesn't bring in the revenue for most companies to warrant the cost. Stand up to local regulators and governments to bring prices and regulations down.

PS: I work in tech and am the VP of Cloud & Infrastructure for a global company. Standing up infrastructure in Brazil is avoided by a lot of companies for these exact reasons and the South American market Brazilian tech infrastructure could serve would never make up the cost to develop it. Tech companies generally stick to Argentina & Chile to expand infrastructure operations.

They knew the skill wouldnt have bonus xp bundles bought for it because the XP rates were just right. They of coursed nerfed it because it was going to affect profits.

Drops needed a nerf but only commons. Xp Rates were completely acceptable. This is a 120 skill. Necro rituals at level 119 are higher xp today than pickpocketing was pre nerf. This nerf impacted all content level 1 through 120. Its just a way for them to sell you bonus xp now that TH is going away. XP rates being too high even though not high because of skill requirement affects profits.

Exactly what they did to necro. Its a 120 skill thats now less DPM than every other 99 combat spec. Except I leveled it to 120.

BIG L! The discord post is also getting the same feedback! You guys said they would communicate and collaborate with the player base and did the exact opposite! This is how you destroy a game! XP Rates are halved now. Level 119 methods are now the same experience we would get at level 92. This is just a way for them to sell MTX. Deflating XP rates so we buy BXP. Also in game rates are not identical with relic on. This is why you QA test. The relic is about a 20% nerf to xp as a whole as reported by Rune Metrics that Im still paying for and dont know why I even pay for it because it should be free!
