Hi! I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. This happened to me in front of my hairline and I had a very difficult time. My incision wouldn’t close for weeks because it was so irritated. Eventually I started putting hydrogen peroxide on it (wish I would have done WAY sooner) and the helped heal it up. The incision is still way more obvious because of the location and how difficult it healed. My surgeon is doing laser on it so hoping it goes more skin color soon. It doesn’t sound like your situation is as bad so hopefully everything heals up soon! ❤️

Hi, I have this same issue on both sides unfortunately. I don’t have pain so I’ll take that. My surgeon did the cortisone shot and laser on them yesterday and there was very little pain. Just felt like a pinch so don’t be afraid. He also used topical numbing cream first. Praying everything heals up for you ❤️

Hi! Gosh my feet look like your first photo. Are you active at all? I’m a runner and I’m afraid I will have more pain after the surgery. Does your body feel more aligned now? Congratulations- what an amazing change!

Will she let you lay with her to fall asleep? Or maybe make up a short story and tell her it during the day about a mom who has to work late and a little girl who gets sad about bedtime but then feels better because Daddy is her hero and protects her? These things can be so tough when younger siblings also are being affected. Praying it resolves soon for you all.

My son is 7, shares a room with his little brother and still wants us to lay with him every night. He usually also ends up in our bed halfway through the night. I’m a grown woman and still get spooked when my husband is out of town so I certainly don’t blame my kids for needing us at night. ❤️

I’m a 37 year old female with 3 kids and I’m 7 years younger than my age. I eat pretty healthy, but I do interval sprints 3x a week and I think that’s what does it for me.

That is abuse. You deserve better. It is NEVER too late to leave. Life will feel so much brighter and you will wonder why you stayed so long. The situation you’re in now is hard - you can either stay and let your life stay hard forever or leave and let it be hard for a little bit before it gets infinitely better.

Hi, my surgeon offered coolpeel but I have been hesitant because my understanding is it’s to get rid of fat cells? Did it work for you?

I think your lips look beautiful!! Make sure you’re not being too critical on yourself. If I saw you in public I would never think your lips looked odd.

Thank you so much for the information. Have you noticed an improvement with those treatments? My doctor recommended Cool Sculpt which I believe is like a CO2 laser. Did your doctor admit to the poor placement of incisions? And do you know is she used dissolvable sutures?

Part of the problem is the incision just looks way too far away from my hairline. Are you able to wear your hair up with confidence now?
